Dr. Brett Andrews serves as Dean of the School of Business at ºÚÁÏÉç, where he leads one of the most innovative Christian business programs in the nation. Under his leadership, Belhaven has expanded its academic offerings with new graduate and undergraduate degrees, including the launch of the Master’s in Applied Artificial Intelligence, designed to prepare leaders for the rapidly changing demands of today’s workplace.

An accomplished academic administrator, Dr. Andrews has developed more than 30 new degree programs during his career, with expertise in online, hybrid, and competency-based education models. His work focuses on connecting business theory with practical application while maintaining a strong integration of Christian worldview.

Dr. Andrews holds a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA (with high honors), a Masters in Data Science, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Corporate Finance from Harvard University. He has served in multiple executive leadership roles with accrediting bodies, national faculty organizations, and his prior institutions. His teaching and research interests include applied artificial intelligence, data-driven decision-making, curriculum innovation, and the intersection of faith, ethics, and technology.

Dr. Andrews grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and today he and his wife, Tammy, are deeply invested in mentoring students and preparing the next generation of leaders for meaningful service in business, church, and community.
